What do we do for you in practice?

Warehouse logistics:

  • Greenfield projects and warehouse equipment: Proposing solutions for building design, selecting the right racks and equipment.
  • Layout and process optimization : We design new racking, workstations, and zones to minimize distances and speed up material flow. In projects, we have been able to reduce order picking time by more than 30%.

  • Analysis and Preparation : Before approaching suppliers, we will thoroughly analyze your needs. We will prepare a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that not only requests a price, but also specifies in detail the quality requirements and measurable criteria (KPIs).
  • Evaluation beyond price : We don't just compare offers on paper. We use a weighting matrix, a total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis that takes into account not only price but also the reliability, references, technological equipment and financial stability of the bidders, and a cost breakdown for a clear comparison of individual bidders.
  • Negotiation and commenting on SOPs: A well-defined SOP (Scope of Work) is the key to successful project implementation – whether it is the construction of a greenfield warehouse, layout optimization or automation implementation. We help clients set up the scope of work in detail so that it is unambiguous, measurable and commercially balanced.
